Trump SLAPPED DOWN by Powerful AP LAWSUIT

Gulf of Mexico: Oh, the Cultural Impact! The Gulf of Mexico, the glorious body of water that’s had the audacity to influence the cultures and economies of the regions surrounding it. From the indigenous peoples who had the nerve to use it for trade and transportation, to the European colonizers who couldn't resist establishing key settlements and trade routes, the Gulf has been a hotbed of cultural exchange.

Historical Significance? You Bet! Spanish explorers, with their impeccable sense of direction, used the Gulf as a route to the mainland, paving the way for the establishment of settlements that would make history books and cocktail party conversations for centuries. Because who doesn't want to hear about the latest escapades of explorers from 500 years ago, right?

Now, about my recent travel plans. You won't believe the fiasco! I had to cancel my #TakeATripAllByMyselfJustForMeTime plans thanks to the latest transportation calamities. Seriously, planes falling from the sky, trains turning into bonfires on tracks, and rockets exploding mid-air? It's like a disaster movie marathon, only nobody bothered to ask me if I wanted a front-row seat.

Let's not forget those fabulous $400 million armored vehicles. So robust that their windows shatter with a toy baseball and they can't even wade through a foot of water without needing a horse and carriage rescue mission. Talk about cutting-edge technology, am I right?

And oh, the world is on FIRE, and some people are busy juggling their own drama. The level of rage, resentment, and embarrassment is enough to fill a library. Picture this: abusing women all your life, only to end up paying millions for your actions, and then having the humiliating details of your inadequacies broadcasted for eternity in judicial records. A possible broken heart to find out your mail order, nude xxx rated [work of heart /I mean art/ her words] is not as ignorant we thought when she plagterized Michelle Obame's speech word for word]  [look at Melania's face when tRump tries to kiss her/when Govenor Newsome kisses her/when Trudeau is in her face,

Poetic justice or a never-ending soap opera? You decide.

Remember the days when adults made decisions with long-term consequences in mind, considering their families' future? Ah, nostalgia. Nowadays, it's all about the next headline or social media post. Imagine trying to take on Disney without realizing that Mickey and Minnie already had their strategy meetings about #ReedyCreek an 20 years after the last descendant of King James has passed away - now that is a clear [now around but STRAIGHT through the laws of perpetuity].

Oops, did I just run a few red lights with this post? My bad. But hey, some things just need to be said.

Music Guru

Me and music go a long way back.  As an almost teenager one day my mom asked me something to the effect of "...what hurt or pain have I had to want to listen to Billy Holiday?

My friend Gil asked me what is about music that I find so interesting?  I said it's the words or the music - when I hear it - it takes me places.  For example this song takes me the steps of a Brownstone in Harlem in the 70's - I've never been to Harlem in the seventies but if I did this is what it would look like to me through song.

INSERT 70'S  SONG

As that young, young teenager I listen to this over and over and wondered if I would ever have a love or someone love me in this manner.

First time I heard this - don't remember the year but I was tht girl...always paying for debt I NEVER owed...

to be continued...
